In-home sessions have my heart. The simplicity, authentic interactions, and organic feel is just so pure and full of love. Add a newborn to the mix and that tangible love multiplies significantly.
My dear friends welcomed their first baby to this world last month and experienced the intense love only a newborn can bring with into a family. Adding to their two dogs and a cat, their house is full of a happy, snuggly chaos.
I love watching new parents take on the new roll with such grace and flexibility. Despite the exhaustion and the major change in day to day life, new parents adjust accordingly, take on the challenges, and grow together into a new family of three.
I’m always sure to get photographs of each parent with their new baby. Those first days and weeks go by so quickly, it can be a blur of emotions and change, and babies grow and develop so quickly. Photographs with your newborn baby will forever be treasured.

When it comes to newborns, the details are everything. Their little features, fingers, toes, bellybuttons… it’s all worth documenting.
And finally, we get the whole family together. Pets are always welcome at my sessions - they’re family too!
